Toughest Part about being a fighter: I don't find anything tough it all comes natural.... nah probably the strict dieting

Toughest Opponent Faced: Well I've only had 4 pros and won them all by ko, so I would have to say this guy I fought from Tanzania at the Commonwealth Championships as an amateur in England, 2007. He was tough as nails.

What's your training routine before a fight like:

Depending on how many rounds im fighting, normally heaps of sparring and pads, with running in the morning then we tapper off in the few days before the fight

How's it like training at BHS, you seem to have a lot of quality fighters in that gym along with a great trainer in Lincoln Hudson:

Yeah BHS is an awesome gym. Its very well ran with lots of top fighters coming through with a great training and management team behind them. Me and Lincoln are a good team because he's very good at teaching my style of fighting..

You have 4 knockout wins in 4 fights, do you see yourself as a one punch knockout fighter:

I've got the power to ko guys with one punch but I don't go looking for it, I always take my time and set everything up and through punches in combinations..

The first time many fight fans would have seen you in action would have been on the Mundine undercard, how did you feel going into that fight as it was your first on television:

I felt really good. I knew that I had prepared well for the fight and I knew what I had to do... the TV doesn't affect me, im pretty good at blocking my surroundings out and focusing on the job.

Were the politics in amateur boxing one of the reasons for you turning professional:

No not at all, amateur boxing was good to me. I got a lot of valuable experiences out of it., but my intentions where always to turn pro and now I have and im loving it!

Since turning pro you have already won the NSW State Title, what are your plans for the year:

To fight for and win the Aussie title and to just stay real busy and keep improving every time I step into the ring.

Is there anybody you would like to thank:

A big thanks to my trainer Lincoln and my manager Fidel, they put a lot of time and effort into my career and they deserve a lot of credit. Thanks to the rest of the team at BHS, to all my friends and supporters and everyone who has had an influence on my boxing career.
